The performance appraisal is the core of human resource management is a management tool to ensure efficient implementation, as a strategic goal of the enterprise system; assume the production and management process for the realization of efficient production and management, the use of specific indicators, to take a scientific approach, staff at all levels to complete the work performance of the tasks assigned to make the assessment judgment; to develop good assessment management system, not only to standardize the units at all levels, departments, and employee performance management, to promote the company and employees overall performance improvement of more stimulate employees’ potential, to strengthen the staff to take the initiative to work and improve corporate performance, and increase the company’s core competitiveness. Therefore, the development of a suitable, high-quality enterprise management system for enterprise performance appraisal, is of great significance for office automation and long-term development of the enterprise.The personnel department spend a lot of time processing assessment information data in the traditional performance appraisal management process, and many enterprises are gradually established post management, performance appraisal and a sustainable compensation system, but still lacks a set of advanced information management tools to achieve the centralized management of their. The performance appraisal management system studied in this thesis, implement the computer management of enterprise performance appraisal work, make the performance appraisal work transparent, provide timely, accurate information service and reduce management assessment, data query, fractional statistics work.The thesis using UML modeling techniques, three-tier software architecture, SQL Server database, use the NET development platform, design and realization of the system; given use case diagram, ER diagram, class diagram, state diagram to achieve assessment targets the underlying data management role assignment management, allocation management of assessment indicators, assessment and evaluation management function; B / S mode, operation is simple, practical, reflects the department, the work performance of employees in the unit time assessment, role in pushing forward the development goals of the enterprise to a certain extent.
