| The pressure of competition which enterprises have to face is increasing with the maturing market economy in China.Many enterprises already realize the importance of device information when they have the idea of optimizing management.For the stuff of enterprises and managerial staff,how to improve efficiencies of devices’managements quickly and brighten the vitality and competitive power of enterprises has become the focus.Based on the development of device spot inspection and combined with the reality of BenXi Iron&Steel(Group)CO,LTD Coking plant,this thesis illustates the importance of device spot inspection management in the enterprise and presents the way of device spot inspection which combines with hand-held tally,internal industrial system acquisition and inputing manually.It also uses the SQL Server 2008、Visual Studio 2010 which is relatively mature and reliable technology for development environment and developes the device spot inspection management system.This system adopts B/S structure model and achieves synchronization management through the computer local area network(LAN)of factory device spot inspection management related data.It changed the traditional device manual patrol and the working mode which is recorded by handmade paper media.This provides convenient for spot inspection staffs to realize device management and realize the various parameter,generated by electronic records.It makes the tally member free from heavy data processing,management and they pay more atention to device management to reduce the device failure,management costs and improve the economic benefit of purpose.This thesis introduces the development background,purpose and significance of the system and the use of technology development.In the design part,according to the specific needs of the business it puts forward the overall design of system and gives the detailed descriplion about the system function design and database design.On this basis,it introduces the realization process of the system in detail. |
