Design And Implementation Of Elevator Inspection And Testing Management System In Yingkou City

With the progress and development of the society,the number of elevators has grown rapidly.Taking the growth of Yingkou area in 2014 as an example,the number of elevators added in 2014 was only 1,200,with a growth rate of 18%.There are 7600 elevator equipment available.After analyzing the inspector's daily work flow and the actual situation of the on-site inspection,we found that there was a lot of duplication and unnecessary labor in the inspector's work in the actual inspection.The filling of the basic information of the equipment in the field inspection record,the verification of the field equipment information and the input of the subsequent inspection data,etc.,such a large amount of unnecessary duplication of labor not only causes the inspection efficiency to drop,a large amount of waste of resources and can not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the information.We chose RFID electronic tag technology and handheld client to r ealize on-site inspection and data center database synchronization interaction through 3G,4G network and data service center to complete the inspection.The device information in the database is retrieved at the same time as the field inspection,and a new inspection record is generated in the database while the inspection is completed.Since the source of equipment information and inspection information is returned to the data center,the accuracy of the data and the timeliness of the on-site inspection are ensured.The system mainly adopts the B/S architecture of the Web.To develop this system,we have utilized the design ideas in software engineering to make the system less detours in the development process.The system is based on WEB and Internet of Things technology,using J2 EE development platform and MVC mode,and using SQL Server 2008 database as background database to develop elevator inspection and management system.The management system can meet the security,real-time and stability,and can handle the security of the database.Therefore,the system can meet the basic requirements of elevator inspection and inspection.
