With the rapid development of China's power industry, equipment maintenance systems for power companies need to continue to reform and deepen. At present, the implementation of spot inspection and regular maintenance management system has become a basic work of equipment condition maintenance. In order to solve problems in the management power equipment, it is imperative to use computers, communications, networking, testing and other technical to develop efficient and intelligent power generating equipment of spot inspection and regular maintenance management system. According to the actual situation of the current power generating equipment of spot inspection and regular maintenance management, this paper analyzed the mainstream development technologies of the current management information system, implemented based on J2EE framework, B/S mode of power generating equipment of spot inspection and regular maintenance management system. This system applies to power plant equipment management, ensures safe and stable operation of system equipment, extends service life of equipment, reduces maintenance costs, and improves management systems. Therefore, the system's research and development has important practical significance.This paper studied the J2EE architecture and related technologies, introduced the MVC design pattern, and analyzed comprehensively Struts, Spring and Hibernate framework for each of the three advantages and disadvantages. This system chosen to merge the three architecture, presentation layer with Struts framework, business layer with Spring framework, and data persistence layer with Hibernate framework. With this integrated architecture for development, it can improve the efficiency of system development, and meet the system requirements of scalability and maintainability.First of all, according to the operating characteristics and business process of the current point inspection operations, this paper analyzed the needs of power plant generating equipment of spot inspection and regular maintenance management, completed the system design and module division, and designed database tables. Secondly, to plan management module as an example, reference to the three-layer structures of J2EE, this paper showed the design and implementation of each layer of the system. Finally, this paper briefly introduced the system test strategies and methods.
