Coal mine enterprise is assets intensified enterprise. Maintenance expense occupies a great part of cost.The equipment maintenance expense becomes the main cost disbursement, and rises unceasingly while the unit gets larger. Maintenance expense is always the maximal cost that can be controlled. So, the economized cost turns into profit directly.The system that coal mine equipment establishes in succession is short of the unified technology plan. It brings about various software systems, data recorded repeatedly, lots of enterprise information can't be shared in time, not to mention the data mining of enterprise and decision support.Spot-inspection is a very important measure of condition based maintenance. Based on the equipment's reliability condition, with the least cost of maintenance, ensure the spot-inspection part, content, type, period and class of maintenance, and by the analysis and optimization of PDCA (P-Plan, D-Do, C-Check,A-Action), it reduces maintenance cost while keep the unit availability effectively and attain the purpose of maintenance optimization .In this dissertation, firstly I analyse the history and development trend of maintenance modes, Coal mine enterprise's working condition and the problems of equipment spot-inspection management. Secondly, I introduce the theory of spot-inspection in detail and build the model of spot-inspection management. Comparing with other spot-inspection model, the model released in the dissertation brings in fault and defect analysis and spot-inspection history data analyzing, so it can ease some enterprises only emphasize the management of spot-inspection work execution, whereas pay less attention to spot-inspection data analysis; and it also brings out the mathematic method to help analyze spot-inspection data. Thirdly, I release the design of equipment management system based on the model of spot-inspection management built in this dissertation. This dissertation issues the viable solution of condition monitoring technology of equipment, condition assessment technology of equipment, maintenance strategy analysis technology, and maintenance management technology. The design of this system includes spot-inspection standard management, spot-inspection work notice, work distribution, exporting and importing work order, deviant data analysis, defect and fault of equipment diagnosis, the forecast of equipment aging trend and the equipment present state. At the same time, I discuss the software implementation method, the system structure, main function modules. Finally, I introduce the main system functions, the solutions of these functions and the effect of them. Further standardize the operation and maintenance, strengthen the technology management of equipment, raises equipment availability, and ensures equipment quality and safety.At last, the paper summarizes the aspects of innovation and points out the problems which need to be improved.
