Development And Application Of The AHP-based Performance Evaluation Analysis System For The Green Cigarette Logistics

Qualitative and quantitative evaluation of cigarette green logistics performance can find the deficiency of implementation this solution. This information provides a reference and a basis for improving the cigarette green logistics level of logistics center. It is also very important for the scientific management of the cigarette green logistics and the sustainable development of ecological environment. Therefore, we had developed a cigarette green logistics evaluation analysis system under the guidance of software engineering. This system has adopted analytic hierarchy process AHP based on triangular fuzzy number, and include MVC, Thinkphp, and MySQL database technologies. The main results are as follows:1.The cigarette green logistics achievements index system is constructed according to the relevant standards, norms, and statistical indicators system of the People's Republic of China ci garette industry standard. This system mainly consists of 4 aspects:cigarette green storage, cig arette green sorting, cigarette green distribution transportation, and comprehensive index.2.This paper first designs a function structure and database of system. Then, use the MVC, Thinkphp, and MySQL database technologies to development a cigarette green logistics achievements evaluation analysis system based on AHP.3.This system is applied to evaluate and anslysis the performance of 2014 first quarter cigarette green logistics achievements. The empirical results show that the comprehensive score of cigarette green logistics achievements is 69.91 and at a good level. The cigarette green storage achievements, cigarette green transportation achievements, and comprehensive index achievements are 85.09,71.07,52.77, and 91.42, respectively. At the same time, the 23 second-level indicators score under 4 primary indicators of cigarette green logistics achievements are obtained. And it shows that the system is feasible, effective and practical, and can help the scientific management of the cigarette green logistics system.
