The Design And Implementation Of University Logistics Management System Based On WeChat Public Platform

Now, with the rapid development of mobile Internet, colleges and universities decided to use WeChat public platform for logistics management system research and development, in order to keep up with the trend of network development. In the traditional logistics management system, users like students, teachers and soon have to obtain logistics assessment and score information only through the PC side of the campus network, while cumbersome repair process has brought a lot of inconvenience to students.University Logistics Management System Based on WeChat Public Platform adopts the internationally mature technology to design. For example, it chooses JAVA to complete the system coding work. And, in the PC side, it uses SSH framework to divide the system into Presentation layer, APPS layer, Appdesk layer, and Basic services layer. As for mobile terminals, it can use iPhone, iPad and Android phones. Here, we will take Android phones for example to develop. The system database chooses SQL SERVER 2014 to design and controls the interface layout by HTML, JavaScript and so on.In the system, it has some roles, such as building administrators, counselors, auditors, repair users, and maintenance person, and has achieved six functions, including apartment management function, dormitory evaluation management function, repair management function, repair data statistics function, user management function, and WeChat application function. Meanwhile, in the apartment management function, there are comprehensive query, daily dormitory transfer management, graduation and exit management, freshman admission management, winter and summer vacations management. In the repair management function, it has work order processing, data export, user evaluation management and consumables management. In the repair data statistics, it analysis some functions, including maintenance ranking management, maintenance statistics, data analysis. In the user management function, there are building administrator management, auditor management, repair user management, maintenance person management and counselor management. In the WeChat app, it has repair management, ordering management, logistics apps and some other apps.In fact, the system uses WeChat public platform as the carrier, combines the university logistics management system and new media technology, and strengthen the system's practicality and feasibility. With this system, college students can access the system at any time through the WeChat function, which provides a great convenient for them to obtain evaluation information, repair and other functions.
