The research subject tries to put forward the system design and solution for the high-efficiency information service platform at Two-direction, United and No-obstacle Hospital. Based on the SOA service concept, the subject has analyzed and designed the information service platform at which one central major hospital can combine together with two to six community hospitals or the nearby minor hospitals to become an integrated institution. The structure design and business demand modeling based on SOA and UML are conducted from the perspective of the patients to design the patient-oriented medical information service platform.This integrated medical service platform includes intelligent service front-end(instrument for long-distance inspect patient, navigation instrument for acute disease, phone client, etc.), backstage medical service and the interface(subsystem of long-distance inspect patient, DDBS, patient information data interface, etc.), informationalized medical service basic unit(patient information basic structure unit, prescription information data unit, etc.).The thesis studies and designs the integrated medical service platform mainly from the following aspects:1. To design the system structure of the integrated medical service platform based on SOA concept and method;2. To analyze and design the function of the subsystem of long-distance inspect patient and instrument for long-distance inspect patient;3. To adopt the DDBS subsystem of patient information storage;4. To design the send subsystem of medicine dispensing procedure remaking and prescription payment as well as to design VC++ program about prescription queue algorithm.This medical service platform can help achieve the optimization and integration of the medical resources at many hospitals so as to offer patients the high-quality and high-speed medical service by giving patients access to the optimized resources from many medical institutions. With the implementation of this platform, this central major hospital can offer better human resources and the nearby community hospital can provide better material resources. Both can complement each other to provide high-efficiency medical service.The information service platform of TUNH may probably be the most basic fundamental system structure of the future medical cloud service system. That way, the medical resources perhaps can be fully shared in a balanced fashion nationwide and the patients' problem with treatment will be solved.
