Design And Implementation Of Group Enterprise Project Management System

With the continuous deepening of the national economic reform,more and more international enterprises enter into China,they not only bring more advanced technology and products,but also bring more international management conception.At the same time,in the new normal economic situation,the project management of the domestic large enterprise groups changes from the past extensive,high investment model to the delicate,intensive management mode.This has put forward higher requirements for management.It is need to have a more standardized system,more professional management team,and more efficient management tools.The thesis combined with the project management status and the demand of domestic enterprise group,according to the internationally recognized PMBOK standard.Firstly it analyzes the background and basis of the project,as well as the status at home and abroad,and explains the main research contents and system goal.Next,it finished the system analysis,making case and requirements of system analysis according to the results of the analysis.In determining the system design direction,choose B/S structure as the system structure.Considering the demand of the system,Oracle database system had been chose for database.In determining the system demand,the design target becomes clear,it divides the system function to several modules,including project scope management,project personal management,project quality management,integration management,schedule management,risk management,stakeholder management,contact management module,and elaborates the basic features of each functional module,according to the design of the function module it draws the data flow diagram,and finishes concept model and physical model design for the database.According to the system analysis and the function module design and the database design,the system is designed in detail in the aspects of function system,the system function has been realized.Test work has been completed after the realization of the function modules,the system test results show that the design of the system basically meets the project management requirements of the enterprise groups.
