With the rapid development of science and technology,China has entered the era of high-speed Internet.At the same time,Internet enterprises are also facing high elimination rate in the industry.Facing the increasingly fierce competition environment,the big Internet enterprises should constantly improve the degree of financial information,so as to improve the management level of Internet enterprises.At present,the XX tourism network with multinational corporations is used in financial management by the company of UF.Several overseas branches use the local mainstream financial software.As a result of several different sets of financial systems,the data integration can not be realized,then the financial centralized management of the company can not be realized,and even the financial letters of each branch and the subsidiary can not be realized.A centralized report of the interest.In view of this situation,XX tourism network is in urgent need of a new system that can realize centralized management of financial information to solve the problem of centralized management of financial information of various sub companies and subsidiaries.The main work of this paper is to select Oracle EBS(E-Business Suit,the Oracle Corp based on the original financial management software)for the guidance of the software engineering implementation and project management theory,combined with the actual situation of the XX tourism network,through demand analysis,business blueprint design,system configuration and implementation,system measurement.Try to implement the financial module of Oracle EBS successfully.The financial module has the function of reflecting all the financial and cash activities of all sub accounts,the function of the automatic transfer in the company's internal contacts,and the cancellation and cancellation of the accounting voucher.It includes the two parts of general ledger management and asset management.The general ledger management includes the functions of maintaining accounting period,creating entries,auditing and modifying the entries,checking accounts,merging accounts,and output of reports;asset management includes the functions of setting up asset books,adding assets,inquiring,depreciation and scrap.Through the implementation of the Oracle EBS general ledger module and the asset module,we can standardize the operation of the accountants,the collectivization control ledger system,the management of the accounting voucher and the transparent voucher audit mechanism in the account handling,and the quality of the assets management can be clearly defined and the asset inventory can be simplified in the asset management.To clean up the process,bulk financial personnel daily processing work,so as to optimize the overall accounting business process,improve work efficiency,save company costs.On the basis of this management,the internal control level of the financial department will be further promoted,the whole company group and intensive management reform will be promoted,and the centralized financial information of the company headquarters will be controlled.The key setting points in the implementation,the significance and the corresponding function of the setting point,and the management experience of the implementation process are summarized,which can provide reference articles and specific scheme design for the implementation of Oracle EBS financial projects in similar enterprises in the future.
