The Design And Implementation Of Information Technology Project Management System For Shandong Electric Power

Every year there are a lot of informatization construction projects in Shandong electric power group company. It is very hard for employees, customers and partners to find required information because a large number of documents with different formats are stored in different physical locations or servers. This situation exposed deficiencies, such as the low accuracy, slow speed, resource wasting, rework and inconvenience query. The company lacks of unified management plan and effective means, and it is very difficult to centrally manage such a vast amount of documents, at the same time, the confidential documents is hard to get effective protection.In this case, the establishment of informatization project management system is imperative.This system uses Struts, Hibernate, Spring three frameworks to implement the database layer, business logic layer, application service layer and user interface layer. The business logic layer is finished by web service business logic layer, and it operates database directly. User interface layer uses the HTC technology, synchronous invokes the web service. This system’s background adopts Oracle lOg database.The system is divided into four parts. The first part is project management which mainly realizes the information project management and is operated by collective company headquarters and basic unit personnel. The second part is comprehensive report management operated by collective company headquarters and basic unit personnel. The third part is file management, which mainly manages all kinds of data and document after the project conclusion and forms project document database. And it realizes the fast retrieval for project information and excavation for values in project files. The fourth part is comprehensive office management including address book, notice, mail regular task definition.The system runs stably, and it has comprehensive functions, standard setting, friendly interface and accurate statistical data. The system based on application requirements, considered the flexibility of the system, and it can effectively promote the enterprise’s image, provide all kinds of statistics report statistic functions, which greatly saves the time for filling the tables and improves work efficiency.
