The traditional way of management, need to spend a lot ofmanpower and material resources, waste of resources. This thesis firstly introduces theresearch background and significance of Sichuan Luqiao engineering projectmanagement system, and puts forward the solution of the system. The whole system isdivided into several functional project, project management, project construction,project audit, financial management, project tracking, system management, basicmanagement module. The method of software engineering in the system demandanalysis; to establish the structure of the system; the design of system database model.Sichuan Luqiao project tracking management system using B/S model, usingVisual Studio2008development platform, Oracle database, Asp.net Webpagedevelopment technology, C#programming language to complete the development of the realization of each function module. The typical applications of the three layer systemstructure in the implementation of the system, the system of data access, business logicand user interface are effectively separated, in order to ensure the scalability andstability of the system. Finally has carried on the system function testing, performancetesting, system testing in order to ensure the normal operation of the system.
