Design And Implementation Of TV Station Project Investment Management System Based On SSH Framework

With the development of computer information processing technology,computer information processing technology has been applied in all works of life.With the diversified development of industry of TV station,the investment business of a TV station is increasing day by day.Through summarizing and analyzing the existing investment process of a TV station,we are ready to start digitalized and informationized management of project investment management,so as to meet the requirements of the new era development of TV station.Managers found from the daily management of project investment that the existing project investment management model is rather old,it is difficult to do real-time supervision of every link in the project investment.In the past,there were few investment projects and the scale was small,we could barely manage the project investment with simple information technology under such circumstance.However,in the current situation of many investment projects and huge amount of information,the existing management mode has been difficult to meet the needs of the current project investment management,and it is very easy to make management errors,resulting in irreparable losses.These problems will inevitably affect the unit of project investment management level.The head of the relevant department of a TV station has found that in order to manage the current project investment information effectively,it has become a trend to use the advanced information management mode to manage the project investment.This system is to discuss the existing project investment management mode of a TV station,and develop an information management system which can be applied to a TV project investment,combining with the related theories and technologies of systematic application software engineering.The users of the system are mainly divided into six types: system administrators,project declarers,project auditors,project investors,project programmers and inspectors.Rights of different user are different.By using the system,we can complete the work of declaration,investment,progress management,supervision management and system information management from a project.The system is mainly divided into the following modules: news announcement management module,project management module,project investment management module,project progress management module,project supervision management module and system management module.Coordination among different functional modules to achieve effective management of project investment.This system mainly uses Java language to develop,uses B/S structure,stores the basic information of TV project investment management system through Oracle database,and uses Hibernate to access the database.In this system,we mainly use Struts framework technology to achieve data access to Oracle database.After the completion of the system,the function,safety and performance of the system are tested.Through the system,managers can supervise the whole process of each project,so as to improve the quality of project investment management and reduce the occurrence of project risk.
