Research And Realization Of 'A Total Of Five Water Treatment' Supervision Acquisition System Based On Mobile

Zhejiang province is famous for its rivers and lakes,Water is the source of life,the key of production and the base of ecology.The richness of water resources,as well as the quality of water,determine the ability of a region to achieve sustainable socio-economic development.This project,based on the actual needs of staff members who are responsible for supervision,collection and verification in the work of ‘A total of five water treatment'in Zhejiang Province,aims at providing solutions to the problems such as outdated technology,high labor intensity,low real-time data rate and low working efficiency when they are collecting data in fields,checking and assessing the key projects of a river.Through the investigation and analysis of the work of supervision and management staff,the complex and changeable characteristics of the field environment in the course of collection and verification are studied in this paper.Based on the mobile characteristic of the android system,combined with mobile GIS technology,spatial data management storage technology,wireless communication technology,positioning technology and multimedia technology,a system platform was developed.This system platform has the functions of login verification,operation locating query of the map,acquisition,storage and transmission of spatial data and multimedia data,automatic update of the mobile terminal,recording of the real-time motion trajectory and so on.Under the premise of ensuring high efficiency and stable operation,the field information collection and verification,together with real-time data storage in the complex communication environment of wide area network are realized,which meets the requirements of field data collection,transmission,sharing and exchange in a variety of complex communication environments.The system has been utilized in the practical work of ‘A total of five water treatment'in Jinhua City,which has saved a lot of manpower and material resources of the local ‘A total of five water treatment'office to deal with the relevant data problems and has helped them access to time-sensitive data,making the problem-solving cycle reduced by 60%.At the end of the paper,three-dimensional maps,data security,and high-precision positioning are prospected based on the actual situation.
