The Design And Application Of Medical Information System Based On Mobile Intelligent Terminals

With the continuous improvement of the living standards and consumption level of the residents and the increasing serious aging of the population,people generally begin to pay attention to their own health problems.The national medical resources are becoming increasingly strained,while the “desktop” medical information system cannot meet the busy medical treatment work at this stage,so that the focus of hospital diagnosis and treatment activities turns into a new office concept: mobile and paperless.The rapid development of the manufacturing level of mobile intelligent terminals,the upgrading of mobile Internet technology,and the increasing variety of wearable medical devices have promoted the maturity of mobile medical system,which is a research focus in the current society and a part of "intelligent medicine".As the intelligent product of the present stage,mobile intelligent terminal integrates the existing information system of the hospital through mobile Internet technology,shares and exchanges clinical business data,providing a mobile clinical operation platform for medical workers.In order to meet the basic health needs of the current growing elderly population,improve the efficiency of medical workers,reduce the working pressure of medical workers,reduce medical errors and accidents caused by the extensive and repeated written work of medical workers,improve the safety of clinical treatment of patients,build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,optimize the procedures of medical care,and realize the concept of “patient-centered”,a mobile medical information system based on intelligent terminal that can improve the efficiency of medical care and avoid medical errors will be proposed in this paper combined with the current information construction of The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College.This program is based on the existing HIS system(Hospital Information Management System),using mobile intelligent terminal through wireless Internet technology and bar code technology to build a mobile diagnosis and treatment platform next to the patient bed,thus better serving patients.Firstly,this paper expounds the background and significance of the design and application of medical information system based on mobile intelligent terminals,and briefly introduces the wireless Internet technology,bar code technology and high-performance database technology used in the construction of this system.Secondly,this paper analyzes the functional and non-functional requirements of medical institutions in actual work,and establishes modules such as nursing patrol registration,medical order execution,condition observation,bedside medical order editing and mobile observation,etc.Thirdly,it designs the system function modules,wireless network platform and database according to system requirements.Finally,it shows the test of some modules of the system.The system is based on the hospital's information system,using mobile terminals to share and communicate information in a wireless environment,improve the efficiency of medical workers,improve the service capacity of hospitals,optimize the medical process,and enable patients to enjoy a better medical environment.
