Today, a mobile phone has become indispensable in people’s work and life,as a tool of communication and entertainment.With the advent of the era of 3G, mobile phones appearing with various high-level service and application.Among them, the mobile map service, is a new business and has broad market and application value, especiallynetwork map service based on the position got people’s attention in recent years.It use of mobile terminal positioning technology, through the mobile communication network and Internet communications between mobile mapping application server, to provide customers a variety of related to the position of information service, convenient for the user’s travel.In addition with the continuous development of geographic information technology, the update of spatial data information put forward higher request, spatial geographic information in constant change, and change very quickly, so if you want to manage the spatial databetter, it is necessary to ensure the effectiveness of the spatial data, then to the editor to access spatial data is indispensable.Vigorous development of the Spatial data editingon Traditional PC is gradually transferred to mobile devicesin recent years, and the research on GIS data edit on mobile devices has started.Howeverthe present there are many different kinds of spatial data access methodbased on the mobile side, and the support of spatial data format is not unified, led to the mobile space data edit access is not convenient, hindered the development of mobile spatial data.Based on these problems, this paper has carried out a variety ofresearch, about offline for mobile spatial data editing, storage, reading methods and test to compare the advantages and disadvantages of these methods.In this paper, the main content and innovation points are as follows:(1) Offline data storage, read and editbased on Sqlite WKT.First download the geospatial data from the server to mobile terminal, and use the WKT encoding the data,stored in Sqlite database, then query and parsingthe database of geographical spatial data, and realize the offline editor on the mobile in offline state.(2) Offline data storage, read and editbased on JSON.Test to download geospatial data from the server to the mobile terminal, and use the JSON file formats to store the data in mobile terminal, realize the JSON file format of geospatial data analytical reading, and edit the data on the mobile in offline state.(3) Offline data storage, read and editbased on GML;Test to download geospatial data from the server to the mobile terminal, and use GML document format the data stored in mobile terminal, read GML file format of geospatial data parsing, and edit the data on the mobile in offline state.In view of the actual development have been carried out to verify the above method, and the off-line data load did rate test report with the query, finally using the ideas of software engineering design and development of the mobile space data offline editor access system.
