Design And Realization Of Diabetes Aided Diagnosis And Treatment System Based On Mobile Internet

Diabetes is a common chronic non-communicable disease, which has severely affected humanbeings'health. Nowadays, China has become a diabetic country and the number of Chinese diabetics has been more than one hundred million. It can prevent complications effectively and maintain the diabetes at a safe level through the patients'self-management for a long time. With the support of advanced mobile medical technology, patients could have acces to those services such as daily diet and exercise guidance, blood sugar monitoring, medication consultation, online health education.These measures can improve the management of patients and promote the harmony between doctors and patients. The application of mobile medical technology in the treatment of diabetes not only can control patients'disease which is extraordinary, but also will directly affect the future trends of diabetes and national health level in china.The Diabetes aided diagnose and treatment system which deploy on a three level structure of patient-community-hospital and humanism surrounding patient is designed and implemented, according to the situation of diabetes prevention and control work in China and the requirement for informationization and predigestion of diabetes medical treatment, combining with internet informative interaction technology and mobile application, inheriting the medical resources and the software and hardware infrastructure and ulteriorly. It provides users remote medical information collection,personal-health records management, diabetes screening,disease diagnosis,personal health care guidance, communication between patient and doctors and so on.The client-server mode is adopted to design system, client is designed for patients and doctors(nurses), server maintained by system administrator. The client is composed of Android client and PC client. The client has designed those function modules such as diabetes education, medical data management, disease assessment, intervention and guide, statistical analysis,communication among doctors and patients, information remind. Server includes a Web server and database server. The web server is based on a MVC architecture, the server and the client exchange data through servlet component. Designing and developing backstage system is aimed to meet needs of users. SQLServer2005 is chosed as the database server, The database has been designed follow the general pattern, and constructed with full investigation.The diabetes aided diagnosis and treatment system based on mobile internet has been completed, and it has achieved the desired goal and meets the needs of users which has run stable and efficiency. It has been proved that the technical solution is reasonable and measures to solve the problem is feasible.
