Traditional way of secondary water supply power consumption big, the water pressure is not stable and can cause secondary pollution, can't satisfy the people to the system reliability of water supply and water quality requirements.Apply advanced automatic control technology, inverter technology in constant pressure water supply system can save energy, to a certain extent, improve the quality and stability of water supply, has the positive significance to the development of society.Water Supply System is the use of frequency conversion technology and PLC technology mechatronics automatic water supply system. Discussed herein with water pressure water supply control system as the control object, using PID control algorithm, through PLC control inverter, then control the water pump speed to achieve constant pressure water supply control purposes.This article describes a district Yuci automatic water supply system control applications. From the overall design of frequency control water supply scheme, PID control algorithm, system hardware aspects of selection and circuit design, system programming, etc., to do a comprehensive and detailed discussion of the actual operation of the system has been achieved good control effect to achieve the desired design requirements.
