Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the economic level and the total amount of China's economy have been greatly improved.The people's living standard and quality of life have been continuously improved,and the construction of urban infrastructure is closely related to the people's livelihood,and water supply is one of the most important parts.The quality of the water supply system is directly related to the city's stability and sustainable development.The traditional manual water supply method,due to the inaccuracy of manual control,will cause a lot of water resources waste;lack of automatic control,simply can not meet the current urban water supply needs.Based on the actual water supply situation of the newly built water plant in the local area and after the full analysis of the actual situation and the full understanding of the technology used,the purpose of this project is mainly to complete:The main components of the hardware system such as water pump unit,frequency converter and main sensors are selected according to the design water supply target.The communication control system of the constant pressure water supply system is designed based on GPRS technology.The communication setting between PLC and GPRS module,data acquisition and transmission,remote control station control system design work are mainly completed.The principle of fuzzy control algorithm and the realization of fuzzy PID algorithm are introduced,and the control program is designed according to the control theory.The system can turn on the water supply pump according to the user's water consumption.And improve the fuzzy PID control program,so that it can control the water pump rest and work,can extend the life of the pump.The main controller of the constant pressure water supply control system adopts Siemens S7-1200,and the related hardware communication of the PLC control system adopts Profinet-PN communication.The PLC and the central machine are networked through the network cable to complete the communication related settings.TP700 HMI touch screen is used as the human-computer interaction monitoring Interface,you can always observe the entire water supply system,real-time monitoring of the network.The simulation results show that the system works well and has strong anti-jamming ability.
