| Teaching Management System has been widely used in higher vocational schools. The original system accumulates a great deal of data related to teaching management but there is almost no analysis of these data and the evaluation of student achievement is relatively simple. Starting from the two dimensions of the attendance data and assignments and exam performance, this thesis focuses on the study of the process warning of student achievement in the Teaching Management System so as to realize the system’s forewarning function in the process of “teaching” and “learning”.From the perspective of instructional design, this thesis, taking Wuxi Institute of Technology as an instance, studies how to design the Teaching Warning System, how to use “Kemp” mode to set up the Teaching Warning System from four aspects: object-oriented analysis, target analysis, teaching resources analysis and evaluation analysis respectively, and how to realize the system with the assistance of the Java web and the data analysis and processing of the database. Finally, the function design of early warning system of teaching management, the establishment of the main function of four systems of attendance management, performance management, management of early warning management, statistics module, analysis statistics data and examination data operation named after the warning objects were divided into two groups of students and teachers, early warning target not only only the students, but also through the warning to remind the teachers on the homework difficulty to adjust, to remind the teacher to strengthen the teaching quality improvement. The purpose of the system design is to provide students with timely and effective early warning, to provide analysis and evaluation tools for teachers to master classroom teaching, to provide school teaching quality analysis tools.According to the differences in the scores and the frequency of the roll calling, the two-level warning system gives yellow warnings and red warnings. After six months of testing, the system has won favorable comments both from teachers and students. |
