Design And Implementation Of Regional Medical Information Platform Based On Cloud Computing

Medical and health system development is not balanced,there is a huge difference of the medical and health system in different regional of China.Medical and health services cost is higher,and distribution of medical resources is not balanced.Therefore,how to make people in different areas enjoy the same high quality medical service has become urgent task.The emergence of cloud computing has broug ht the new service mode.Through the cloud computing platform moving medical services in the cloud,forming a digital medical cloud computing ecological environment,make people can get high quality medical services.In this study by using the theory of cloud computing and service expansion computing theory,based on the traditional service mode of medical service mode innovation,analysis,design,implementation the opened and multi-tenancy,scalable cloud computing intelligent medical platform.The platform can effectively co-ordinate the medical service center and the medical data center,unified in the cloud for the use of the user;The user through the smart client terminal access to a wide range of medical services anytime and anywhere,including remot e medical diagnosis,make an appointment,electronic health records management,etc.This paper focuses on the analysis of regional medical model of cloud computing,with the aid of the corresponding mechanism for the comprehensive exploration.Firstly,we studied the elastic expansion of cloud computing model,analyzes its key service reactive algorithm,and apply reactive algorithm to build scalable cloud computing model.On this basis,combining with the medical service model of cloud cloud computing intelligent medical system structure model is put forward,based on the calculation theory can guide to construct and reali ze intelligent medical of cloud computing platform.Furthermore,paper construct cloud computing intelligent medical platform according to the software engineering methodology for requirements modeling and data modeling,and uses the SOA(Service oriented Architecture)theory to analyze the platform system.Finally,using the Open cloud computing such as WCF and.NET development platform,the intelligent medical development to realize the cloud computing platform,verify its feasibility.Intelligent medical test and application results show that the cloud computing platform to realize the medical service resources and collaborative share of medical data,with the aid of cloud computing brings the huge amounts of computing resources and elastic expansion ability makes the medical cloud service performance more stable and more excellent service experience.Cloud computing intelligent medical platform will help ease the uneven distribution of medical resources,the present situation of medical services for the inconvenience.
