With the improvement of living standards,more and more person take attention on the medical quality.However,the traditional medical diagnostic mode can not provide patients with a full range of accurate real-time health monitoring. With increasing degree of population aging,the number of physiological data will growth rapidly, the traditional medical diagnostic modem which with hospital as the center has been unable to meet the individual needs of real-time monitoring.How to deal with the amount of physiological data quickly become a challenge to researchers.The emergence of cloud computing solves these issues. Combining the cloud computing,this paper proposes a research program which base on cloud computing building an online medical diagnostic platform,including construction of the platform, cloud platform data flow design, and optimize the performance of real-time analysis of physiological data. The latest Storm architecture solves the numerous physiological data real-time computing effectively. A non-relational databases which named HBase provide storage services and data-mining services for the platform.In physiological data analysis,this paper have a detailed analysis about ECG.To solving the baseline drift and frequency interference, proposing zero-phase Butterworth filter, to ensure a good signal without distortion. In recognition of the QRS signal,the traditional wavelet transform will lead to R-wave detection is not accurate,the paper proposes a method of quadratic spline wavelet transform, giving a good solution to the problem. Analysis system calling Matlab parallel computing analysis in the cloud,and using of existing computational tools effectivly, achieving high-performance real-time data analysis.The whole system test show that physiological data analysis in the cloud computing platform can solve the problem about independent service mode, low diagnostic efficiency, inaccurate diagnosis of traditional medical diagnostic mode effectively,and providing a reference value of the program for achieving health care reform, constructing a new medical system in the future.
