Design And Implementation The Medical System Based On Cloud Computing Technology

With the furthering promotion of the medical system reforming and the regional medical informatization,the community health care has been promoted to a higher level.The ministry of health has been putting forward that the next priority of health care reform is to expand the community hospital by means of the information technologies,establish the interconnected networks with the major hospital and realize the regional medical informatization,which is called health alliance.The cloud computing technology is inevitably involved when the health alliance is proposed,which has been becoming the strong force on enhancing the level of regional medical service.The cloud computing technology has been being an important manifestation in the fields of storage infrastructure and the application service mode at the internet age.Besides,it has been becoming the certain trend in the development of informationzation.In the thesis,the basic present situations of seeing doctor around the major hospitals and the community health institutions in our country were investigated.Additionally,under the condition of the informationzation of the community health alliance,the application service modes which the cloud computing technology adopted were illustrated in detail.Moreover,the possible benefits brought by the approach of the cloud computing technology to the informationzation of the community health alliance were discussed,such as really realizing the connectivity between the major hospitals and the community health institutions,and improving the environment of seeing doctor.In the thesis,the core function of the newly developed information management system of the community health alliance contains the healthy information management database of the patients leaving from the community health alliance and the information management system of the community health alliance.It has been realized that the healthy information of the residents around the community health institutions could be collected and sorted through the healthy information management database.To record and summarize the treatment of patients in the hospital or community,To provide the doctor with a diagnostic basis,According to individual differences in the formation of different diagnosis and treatment programs.Currently,the system has been formally put into use.With the aid of the system,the work efficiency and the professional skills of the community health-care workers have been improved.Meanwhile,the satisfaction degree of the community health care service has also been improved...
