Medical information platform(MIP hereafter)is used for information integration of different medical institutions.It can realize data sharing and information exchanging between heterogeneous systems.However,system development platform between different hospitals are independent and lack of uniform standards,leading to different data structure and information processing and unable to realize the information transmission and sharing.MIP based on SOA is proposed in this paper.With specific medical business flow as the object and the background of regional medical platform,MIP is introduced in detail in this paper in the following aspects:Firstly,this paper introduces a design method based on SOA supported by Web service and ESB for data sharing.Under the framework of SOA,this paper carries on the thorough analysis and research of ESB technology,and designs a method for data interaction through the ESB characteristics of data transmission,protocol conversion and dynamic routing for the best reusability and combination of service and the best reliability and stability of information transmission.Secondly,during storage of XML,a data diagram and SQL statements are generated after mapping between XML Schema and MySQL.With the advantage of high availability and convenience of deployment and Application,MySQL database was chosen as data warehouse and phpMyAdmin was used for remote administration and maintenance to MySQL.A number of basic tables are programmed in this paper such as treatment table,patients' basic information table,doctor's log table and medical expenses table,etc.Thirdly,a basic test was taken to verify the feasibility,effectiveness of the system which includes: entering,querying,deleting and other basic operations of patient information.It is proved that the problem of data sharing and interaction was solved and the paper had the reference value for MIP realization.
