The power distribution network(PDN)is used to distribute the power energy from the line side to the user side,and the safety of the PDN is the key problem.Currently,a majority of data acquisition and operation of PDN depend on worker inspection,during which there could be a lot of potential security threats,so how to give inspectors a quick access to on-site information and ensure inspectors of their personal security is an important issue in front of us.Intelligent distribution network is to collect all kinds of operation status of the distribution network upload to the central control platform or mobile terminal,and issued a warning or control instructions according to the operating state.Thus,the intelligent PDN is to upload the collected operation status information of PDN to the control center or mobile phone terminal,and to send out warning or control instructions according to its operation status,to guarantee the real-time and convenient inspection work,and to let the power distribution system both operate in normal time and be monitored or protected in breakdown time,in a word,the intelligent distribution can be managed.With the "Internet plus" era approaching,network speed is increasing day by day,providing better system functions for intelligent mobile phones,the application prospect of mobile phone client is very extensive.Moreover,network cameras are widely applied in smart home,security monitoring,etc.The content of this paper is to get the image information from the network camera in the distribution room,and transfer it to the mobile phone through the wireless network,and develop the client software based on Android.By judging the working state of the switch cabinet,to realize the remote and real-time intelligent monitoring,which is very important to improve the daily management of the distribution room.This paper is to study the distribution inspection system based on the above objectives.The entire inspection system can be divided into three parts: data acquisition system,network transmission and mobile phone terminals,and these generally include six modules: video capture module,encoding and transmission module,video playback module,user management module,image recognition module,and status judgment module.The focus of this paper is to develop mobile phone client software(APP)which can be applied practically in power distribution room inspection.Firstly,based on the basic framework program of Android operating system,this software is designed corresponding interface and can realize RTSP interactive process with basic principles of video encoding and decoding.Next,with the help of the transmission mechanism for H.264 video,the images collected by the camera can be smoothly in mobile phone interface.At last,after basic processes of edge detection and circle detection assisted by the OpenCV Library,recognition of the collected images and judgment of the consequent recognition results are completed and then experimentally studied the identification distance and azimuth and recognition accuracy.Finally the realizing of acquisition and judgment for the status information of switch cabinet in distribution room,provides convenience for the remote real-time inspection of the distribution room.As shown in on-site data analysis and repeated experiments,this system can preliminary meet the requirements of inspection in high and low voltage power distribution rooms.Due to simple operation and reliable work,this system has a good prospect in application market,a high scalability,and certain engineering application potential.
