This thesis is the result of actual projects：Wireless vehicle video monitorsystem．The biggest characteristic of the video surveillance system is to supportfrom smartphones or tablets and other mobile terminal view the videoimages．Compared to the traditional video monitoring system，The emergingvideo monitor system costs are lower，more secure，more convenient，betterreal-time performance，therefore has broad prospects in the future．Utilizing WIFI for information interaction between driving recorder andintelligent terminal， and develop intelligent APP， realizing wirelesscommunications．Design and put forward a kind of embedded network videomonitoring system based on Hi3516chip．Software designed principle based onstreaming media system，according to the requirements analysis，design，implementation， testing， driving recorder system was designed andimplemented．In the video server，utilizing SONY sensor complete video acquisition，utilizing Hi3516internal H.264codec module complete code，the RTSP protocolserver and client Data Rate information interaction，utilizing RTP protocolcomplete media data transmission．In this paper， WIFI interconnection between driving recorder andintelligent terminal is come true， realize the data preview and playbackfunction，But there are still need to improve，later can on the direction of theintelligent monitoring and performance of software for further development andperfect．...
