Design And Development Of Water Conservancy Information Decisions System

With the continuous development of computer performance and Internet,in order to ensure the rapidness and correctness of water conservancy decisions better at the emergency moment,the requirements of the timeliness of water conservancy information transmission and the intuitive display have been higher.Under this requirement,combining GIS technology and network technology is the irresistible trend.This paper analyzes the research meanings of Web GIS based water conservancy information decision system,summarizes the domestic and foreign development histories and current situations of current Web GIS system,studies the related theories of Web GIS based water conservancy information decisions system,and combines Flex technology and Arc GIS Server platform to establish a convenient easy-to-use Web GIS system platform.According to the features of water conservancy work,this paper develops a set of B/S structure based decisions system matching with the water conservancy situations and characters in Xiangcheng District.This system adopts the technology combining JSP and Web GIS,realizes the automatic monitoring of water and rain situations of rivers,and implements the real-time adjustment,watching,comprehensive information management and other functions.This system can assist related staffs to make decisions of dispatching vehicles,staffs in flood season,the displacement of pump station and the research of the water conservancy project construction place and scale.
