Water and rain information system modernization, it is to make full use of modern sensor technology, control technology, communication technology, computer technology and information technology, so that the water information collection, transmission, processing, application, information services and management with advanced and practical science and technology level, increase resource of irrigation works information application and sharing degree, thereby improve the construction of water conservancy and water treatment efficiency and effectiveness. Our country region is vast, the vast majority of hydrological monitoring stations located in rural or remote areas. Design of a data acquisition, processing, communications and control function of the intelligent acquisition system, accurate and timely delivery of water and rain information has very important practical significance. This also is our country water conservancy information modernization construction is an important content.Need for the actual project, the paper proposes the application of MSP430MCU automatically collected water level information of rainfall data collection terminal designed to sensors, communications and computer networks, and other aspects of knowledge can be applied to achieve the GPRS communication system, the water situation automatic data transmissionand storage and other functions. First introduced the necessity of the water situation data acquisition system and the use of technical means and the main function of the composition module, based on the ultra low-power, low-cost MSP430F149chip as the core controller design collection terminal equipment, the main tasks include thereto match the power supply circuit, the acquisition circuit, the communication circuit, display circuit. Collection terminal’s main function is to various hydrological sensors collected hydrologic data into the microcontroller can recognize analog or digital signal controller from the core data processing and storage, and the public network using mobile GPRS communication module, with data interchange and data monitoring center. Complete modular software programming and data monitoring center of the host computer receives the preparation of the software, the acquisition can effectively work properly.System design for future meteorological station data monitoring is a good reference, it can be conveniently connected with various types of water level, rainfall sensor is connected, so as to form multi-point distributed wireless monitoring system of water and rain. Using of GPRS mobile communications network to provide wireless communication technique of water and rainfall information transmission.the rain collecting system for the transmission of information provides an effective method, the system is stable and reliable performance, low energy consumption, price and small operation cost, so that it is very suitable for water rain data remote transmission and unattended practical requirements.
