The system based on computer network and database technology isto submit data and dispatch capital so that every level’s water conservancy departmentscan timely master the damaged water conservancy and influence scope and repairprogress and the situation of check and accept. It will improve the level of integratedmanagement of damaged water conservancy projects. The system applies B/Sarchitecture so that all levels of users can log in the system through browser and deal withwork. Apply SQL Server database to store system-related data, create tables to store thedata of water conservancy, we can update data through query and statistics.It has proved that the research is feasible through the analysis of the system’sneed,the design and the implementation of the system. The system has achieved themanagement of damaged water conservancy projects successfully with the combinationof computer technology.It has improved the efficiency of problem-solving, and effectiveuse of finance and manpower. And We can master the progress and management of theproject in time.
