The Design And Implementation Of The Tax Professional Management System Of The Coal Industry Of Qujing State Taxation Bureau

Since the twenty-first Century, with the continuous development of human society, science and technology, Chinese economic strength is gradually becoming much stronger, and people's living standards are improving constantly. For the country, the tax revenue is one of the main sources of national income, and the main source of the tax of Qujing is from the coal industry, mining, washing, coking and marketing but because of various unfavorable factors to the normal tax, such as the lacking of tax administration, the various benefits –driven tax payers, the unfavourable process and so on, many kinds of tax evasion often take place in Qujing. Therefore, we must find a way to solve the problem. We hope that we could find a way based on taxing on the related information, through which we can gradually improve management of the sources of revenue, improve the technological content of the tax administration further, analyze the sales price of the coal industry deeply, the input VAT and sales etc, so we can achieve fine management on the coal industry tax revenues slowly in order to avoid the risks of tax levy and pay taxes, improve the quality and level of the tax collection and management industry,as well as reduce the cost of tax collection and management.What this paper will introduce is mainly based on Struts+Spring+Hibernate architect ure as the core of a tax management system. The use of the Oracle database system is the same with the Chinese tax administration information system, and this system is based on Java EE technology as the cornerstone of the system. This article first introduces the status of the coal industry tax professional management at pre sent, development background and research significance, then summarizes the research contents and the characteristics of it. Next, I determine the structure of the whole system and the overall function module, and decide to design the database. At t he same time, I introduce the development of technology and the needs of users for the system in detail. The users always hope all aspects of the system can meet their expectations. The system function modules and their implementation are also presented in this paper thoroughly.For the coal industry tax management of Qujing, if we want to avoid the previous improper phenomena, improve tax professional management, and gradually develop the tax work towards a networked information based system, it is vital to choose the system described in this paper in order to do the job in an efficient way. As long as it can be developed successfully, and applied to practical work, the results will soon be seen. There is no doubt that it can solve a difficult problem for Qujing State Taxation Bureau.
