Road transportation is one of the most important methods of logistic industry in China. But recently, the normalization and informatization of road transportation are poor universally, as well as the diffuse channel of the supply and demand information of transport capacity. In addition, the low efficiency and information asymmetry affect the operational and resource usage efficiency of the whole industry, leading to the serious waste of sources and as a result, enhancing the logistics cost of products, making the companies of the second industry more difficult, slowing the development of the socio-economic.At present, with the development of the social media and share economics, we have entered the time of Web 2.0. In fact, the industry of road transportation has attracted thousands of enterprises to enter the competition and venture capitals, which are a new trend to search for opportunities. Furthermore, as the technologies of information and Internet evolve increasingly, the utilization of Web 3.0 will overturn the traditional industries and lead to another revolution of Internet technologies.With the development and progress of IT. traditional industries are facing the revolution of the concept of Internet and the information platform which is one of the typical information coordinator has been focusing on logistics industry for a long time. The problems of information asymmetry, chaotic and fragmented market, non-standardized management are the challenges and opportunities of these information platforms. The most difficult time of the transformation of the industry will end with the degree of informatization and integration of resources, which is the result of the competition of new enterprises of 4PL and 5PL leading to the naissance and development of new business models, which means more opportunities will for the business models that can find out new value in the industry chain.On purpose of exploring how to utilize efficiently the advantages brought by the development of information technology after we enter the time of WEB 3.0 entirely to revolute logistics industry and improve the efficiency of society, this paper tries to reveal the possibility to build a brand business model with the thought of combination of Web 2.0 and Web 3.0 on the basis of analyzing the case of Chuanhua logistics, which is the leader of the 4PL domain in China, and Huochebang, which is a platform to match the goods and trucks, and with the reality of the operation of this company to explore the meaning and prospect of this new business model. Taking advantage of the sensors of smart phone, we can collect and analyze the data of the detail of the driver's operation. According to the cooperation of the insurance company with the objective comments, the drivers can get some discount of the insurance, which can be attractive and help them correct bad habits. On the other hand, the insurance company even the whole society can benefit from the model. By decomposing the nine elements and six links of the business model, we can analyze the feasibility and competitiveness of the model to ensure the location of the model and build the framework of the model, which is to attract clients by the information platform and transfer them to value-added services, and we can combine the new technology of IT to discuss the meaning of the business model and the expectation of the logistics information platform enterprises.The innovation point of this research is that the author takes advantage of big data, IOT and AI, to provide value-added services to increase the attraction to customers etc, and finally support the practice of this business model, and at the mean time inspire and have significance to other industries for efficient utilization of the achievement of the development of information technology.
