Aiming at the problem of low level of warehousing logistics information, backward of warehousing service and warehouse leasing transactions mode, low integration degree of warehousing supply and demand information, lack of a unified trading norms, the weak ability to share the data of transaction, and low degree of cooperation between systems in GuangXi Dongxing Port and its surrounding area; this thesis tries to transplant the on-line transaction pattern of e-commerce to the area of business transactions which aim at the contracts of warehousing service and Warehouse leasing.Firstly, the overall business and the demand of warehousing in the future were analyzed combining with the environment of integrated logistics information platform and the trade trend and feature of warehousing in Dongxing port. The necessity and requirements to design business transaction logic for warehousing logistics business trading system were put forward according to the perspective of e-commerce transactions.Secondly, the business transaction in this system was classified into two parts like warehousing orders trading and warehouse rental orders trading according to the system’s business trading objects, and the content frame of the orders were formulated combining with warehousing contracts and related laws and regulations. The trading logic was simplified and designed according to the characteristics of the order’s contents and the Petri nets model of each business trading’s sub-process were built and then they were described and study by Process Descripter.Thirdly, the function structure of the system was designed combining with the business logic. The business entity class, entity operation class of the system and call graph of the classes were designed according to the business process’s operation and related attributes which got from the analysis of the sub-process. Then the database table’s structure and the relationships between the tables were designed combining with the attributes involved in the process of the business operating.Finally, the system’s overall architecture was formulated basing on.NET development platform to finish the design of the system’s structure like the presentation layer, the data access tier and the business logic layer. A unified payment channel was created and the information was encrypted irreversibly by HmacMD5 to ensure the information’s integrity and security. The web service and its security mechanism were ensured by the technology of Webservice’s interface, serializing and the derived class of SoapHeader. And it finally achieved functions including Warehousing services business trading, warehouse rental business trading, online paying and Web services.
