Interactive social platform is a fundamental internet product that has been produced since the early development of the Internet to fill the basic needs of social communication and information exchange between people.Social network originated from the theory of six degree segmentation,forming the early network tool products.With the development of Internet and mobile Internet technology,the large-scale social networking sites that copy the real interpersonal relationships and conduct offline to low-cost management platform online appear one after another.Especially in the mobile Internet era after the application of 4G technology,a large number of vertical social networking sites have sprout up.At the same time,there are all social interaction platforms such as Facebook,Twitter,We Chat,Tik Tok in the mobile terminal market in China and abroad.These successful platforms and business models created by mobile social networking companies are worth exploring.Based on the theoretical research of business model,this paper analyzes the development process and business model construction method of interactive social platform.Provide targeted suggestions for business model innovation and industry development of mobile social platform with the era background of 5G/Blockchain/ITO technology development of mobile Internet.First of all,the thesis discusses the concept,type and development status of business model and interactive social platform and summarizes the previous research results.Then through the product classification of the existing interactive social platforms,this paper combines the development process and evolution direction of the interactive social platforms domestically and abroad.Thesis draws the user portrait of the interactive social platform.Based on the above theoretical summary and industry research,selecting leading enterprises for case analysis,the business model of interactive social platform based on the value theory and iceberg theory is established for further refining the key elements and layout route of business model construction.Results show that interactive social platforms provide basic free services at the early stage of its development and generate revenue by the combination of advertising,e-commerce,traffic realization,game revenue and other profit models after the formation of clustering effect.Different platforms have different business attributes according to user groups and platforms' feature Strategic business model creation method based on value creation is effective for interactive social platform enterprises.The combination analysis method of iceberg theory and value theory in business model reveals that internal and external environment and technical factors are the internal precondition to obtaining users' value proposition and building production solutions.And through the optimization of key elements such as internal system and external cooperation,the external path of business model innovation is carried out.
