The logistics information platform(LIP)is not only an important product of China's logistics development,but also an important tool to realize logistics information sharing,improve resource utilization and reduce logistics cost.A large number of LIPs or APPs with similar functions have been developed successively.But the practical application is not satisfactory,and the goal of optimizing resource utilization is not achieved.One of the most important factors that causes insufficiency of many logistics resources is the lack of timely and collaborative response to the results.In view of this,based on the collaborative response control of logistics business findings on LIP,this paper focuses on the research of "key factors of logistics business response speed and its information expression,the overall model of logistics business collaborative response control and its time parameters".The purpose of this study is to accelerate the overall speed of collaborative response of logistics business is improved,so as to optimize the utilization of LIP's resources.Firstly,the operational mode of existing LIP,the characteristics of logistics business findings based on LIP and the lack of response control methods are analyzed.The urgent needs and functional requirements for the construction of logistics business collaborative response control model are put forward.The overall structure of the collaborative response control model of LIP's logistics business is constructed in detail,and the key issues of establishing the control model are proposed.Secondly,based on the decision theory,the key factors influencing the collaborative response process of logistics business are studied,in order to optimize the key factors and accelerate the decision-making process.On the basis of establishing the decision-making system of logistics business collaborative response process,the potential influencing factors of logistics business collaborative response are obtained by analyzing the attributes of decision makers,decision-making environment and decision-making tasks in the system.The weights of each influencing factor are obtained by using three calculation methods of AHP,DEMATEL and AHP-DEMATEL,and the importance of each factor was obtained according to the weight.The factors with accumulative weight over 85%are identified as key factors.On this basis,based on ergonomics,graph theory and other theories,the information expression design of the identified key factors is carried out,including information expression contents,data sources,information expression models and expression model structure of each factor and design of the integrated expression relation and structure of several factors.The feasibility of model design is verified by an example.Finally,by analyzing the time characteristics of the logistics business on LIP,based on the game theory,the expected cost minimization mathematical model of collaborative response process with response time as the parameter is established,and the time parameter of the collaborative response control of the logistics business are solved by the linear programming method.The method for solving time parameters in collaborative control model is proposed.
