China's reform and opening-go made excellent progress, people's living standards greatly improved, the popularity of private cars, tight parking spaces, parking problems increasingly serious, mainly reflect in it's difficult to find parking, the parking state can not be statisticed and released timely, at the same time it lacks of parking guidance;Because toll point is rare,so it's difficult Pay,so parking waste a lot of time.In the Internet + environment, the market needed a convenient, practical and advanced software to solve parking problems. At present,the Chinese mobile phone users scale is large,smart phones is used popularly, and APP applications have convenient features,all of which promote the development of mobile phone APP industry.This article is in this context, the proposed study APP phone parking system, so it has good prospects.The main contents of this article is about the mobile phone APP parking system research, mainly introduces the research background, the demand for business conducted in-depth analysis, the final design, implement and test the system functions.The main use of J2 EE technology system development, application of the current mainstream Android SDK Activity, handler, Intent, Content Provider, Service, httpclient,jquery, jquery, easy-ui front frame, in the Eclipse development environment to achieve the features of the APP. System requirements analysis process, a clear overall business system needs, the system analyzes the core business processes and functional use cases.Finally system SWOT, feasibility and other requirements were analyzed. This paper focuses on the overall architecture, application architecture, technical architecture,network architecture, functional structure, and design of the database system, the overall design of the late APP phone parking system to achieve overall development to providetechnical support. Finally, the system is configured development environment, by the timing diagrams, flowcharts, detailed design of the system function modules, by writing code to achieve the APP program guide page, looking for parking spaces, sweeping yards payments, order management, personal accounts and other functional modules.Finally, the article data integrity and functional tests to verify the system will be available, on-line publication. Finally, this article summarizes the work, pointing out the role of the system, characteristics and application of results, and the post-optimization made recommendations.In this paper, mobile phone software APP parking spaces have precise data,advance reservations, fast online payment, etc., thus changing the traditional "first place of arrival, after parking" parking passive manner, based on the combination of the Internet of Things and mobile Internet two technologies, reducing the time to bring the driver to find a parking space costs, fuel costs, increase the turnover of the parking lot,reducing the vacancy rate, more efficient use of parking and parking convenience for users, improve the income of the parking lot, urban solve traffic congestion, improve the competitiveness of the city, play a guiding role. At the same time it is possible to improve the driver's awareness of traffic safety and reduce illegal parking behavior; at the same time it helps the driver to select the optimal route, reduce traffic congestion and environmental pollution generated by fuel consumption. Therefore, the study of this subject has important application value, it can bring good economic and social benefits.
