This topic is the research background of the performance management of Beijing's egg industry designers. Through the investigation and understanding of enterprise based on online to offline platform designer job performance management status, in-depth analysis of the enterprises at present designer job performance management is the core business process, design and development of the accord with actual business demand of designer job performance management enterprises designer job performance management system. It further standardize the business process of enterprise's industrial designer's post performance management, improve the performance management and efficiency, and help the enterprise to achieve the post performance management information and scientific.First of all, this paper describes the background and significance of this research, and analyzes the current situation of domestic and international research, and defines the research objectives and the organization structure of the thesis. From the perspective of software engineering and project management, this paper describes the requirements analysis, system design, system implementation and system testing of the job performance management system for industrial designers. By analyzing the business process of user requirements and job performance management, the system architecture and design model are determined, and the design and implementation of the system is realized by using the object-oriented rapid prototyping method. System business logic layer design is achieved through the Unified Modeling Language UML, system service module mainly includes performance evaluation plan management module, performance management module of the assessment index, performance appraisal management module, statistical analysis and management, performance evaluation and feedback management module and so on. The data link layer is designed and implemented by using ADO.NET component technology, and the system data analysis is completed by the E-R model. Through the preparation of test cases to achieve the system function and performance testing, test results show that the system meets the needs of users, to meet the needs of performance management business.To sum up, this paper completed the design and development of post performance management system for industrial designers. Developed by the designer job performance management system can realize the job performance management of business informatization and intellectualization, and through analysis of performance appraisal, performance management for the enterprise to provide decision support to improve the management capacity and service level of the performance management of post enterprises.
