The Design And Implementation Of Industrial And Commercial Management System Based On ASP.NET Technology

The rapid development and popularization of the technology of the computer have driven the progress of each trade, have promoted the development of E-Government. Industrial and commercial administration system is an important participant, a manager and a service provider for the ecconomic construction of our country. It will play an important role in information construction. To satisfy the needs of morden ecconomy and e-government, we must make full use of the given network and information infrastructure and do some thing for automation and normalization of industrial and commercial administration system.According to the requirements by State Administration of Industry and Commerce, we are supposed to construct an electronic information platform based on network for industrial and commercial administration system. The system's functions incudes enterprise name verification, internal and external capital enterprise management, trademark management, advertisement monitor and management, economic case processing, enterprise early warning, honour document, everyday action monitor and taking fees. The system is an integrated business process platform.In this paper, workflow ,object-oriented ,the development tool Power Builder and the DBMS SQL Server 2000 are reagrded as the key to the implication of the system,. The architecture and function modules are designed through the real case. On the basis of the database fundmental theory, the procedure and result of data modeling are given in order. In the part of detail design, it introduces the implication of registration of incorporation, modification and cancellation, etc.The Unique encapsulation, inheritance and polymorphism features of object-oriented technology not only change the style of a program design, but also affect the whole process of software development. Object-oriented approach makes the software system with more reliablity, maintainability and reusability.ASP.NET has some advantages, like supporting VB, C# and other programming languages with object-oriented functions. Higher speed and efficiency, because page document will be compiled to binary code once executed at the first time, and executed directly as binary code at other time. ADO.net, a technology that connects database more easier and operability of it is stronger. COM objects can be used without registration, furthermore there is a powerful class library support. In ASP, code and content are usually mixed together. However, ASP.NET adopted code-behind technology to make the software more clear and program more convenient.Industry and commerce management system is through the provincial bureaus, city, county and town. In the open system framework, the system is designed according to standardized, structured, hierarchical, platform-oriented, modular ideas.The users of industry and commerce management system are divided into industrial and commercial system users and the general public users. System achieves the following five main functions: Field supervision of business processes and records, field monitoring information collection and integration, rapid response and business linkage, classification regulation, information dissemination and social services.The logical structure of the system includes registration management, economic account management, payment management, administrative law enforcement case management, data integration and aggregation, credit systems, data monitoring and system management.The basic steps for Database design are requirement analysis, conceptual structural design, structural design logical and physical structure, design, database implementation and operation & maintenance of the database.The system are composed of hardware and software. Combined with system function, a concrete realization of the main functional modules is given. Some are described by business process diagrams, and some are introduced by graphical interface, there are still some given as specific source code. System hardware is mainly the network architecture. System interface is simple and generous, the main interface with the system's various functional menu is divided into business registration, financial accounts, payment fees, credit system, law enforcement investigators, and several other main menu items, as well as the user's log on, the operator password change, the system status bar, like additional features.Then some of the detailed design of functional modules are introduced. System database connection is based on the SqlConnection control. SqlConnection is a road leading to the database server. It requires four parameters: server,database,pwd,uid which are used to specify access to the server, database name, user name and password to access.Enterprise registration business contains two parts, one is former Reception (pre-registration) , the other is business processes. Pre-registration is the interface of the business management system to external users, while the business process is a platform provided by business management system for internal customers to achieve Business. Reception register's first operation is to choose the type of enterprises, if it is an agency then fill out an agency information, or else fill in liaison information. Then determine whether a special industry, if it is to do pre-approval, or else to submit a business staff.Business Process of Business Management Systems consists of the following components: the same name checking and pre-approval, the legal representative of eligibility inquiries, receive and review the materials, on-site inquisition (inspection points), leadership for approval, opening the approval, payment fees, printing license . Enterprise change registration module, companies cancel the registration module, the daily supervision and management module, advertising management, and several other modules are introduced in detail as well.System management module is a key to the systems, system maintenance modules involved in the major work include business management and business processes of atomic customization, basic data management, and many other aspects. This section focuses on registration maintenance module, others such as registration of changes , write-offs are similar to this.Database access class is the underlying support of the system. ASP.NET supports object-oriented programming, using VS environment can easily create classes and objects to realize the optimization of software architecture and code reuse. System uses a three-tier architecture, the data processing layer is added, it embodies the common data access class. The class directly communicate with the database management system , it realizes the database data definition language, data control language and data authorization.The system has run several months, it has worked well and satisfied the basic business for industrial and commercial administration system. During the process to design and implicate the system, I learn more about the software engeering, workflow and object-oriented technology. They help me improve efficiency and quality of software development. The system can be used to Office of Industrial and Commercial Management and larger area department, it provides a low price solution for user's rapid and overall service.
