The Construction Of Chinese Emotional Semantic Resource Management System

With the development of web2.0 technology,people's life and work is affected by the application of the Internet.Communication between websites and visitors is more and more important,the users is not only people who surf the Internet but also who has created the websites.People changed from passive to accept information gradually to active search and release information,this information became a valuable resource.The information on the network according to its semantic content can be divided into objective information and subjective information.There is a lot of subjective information such as the opinions expressed in the blog of the users,and the information that posted on e-commerce website,etc.It is a great value to the government,institutions,enterprises and e-commerce operators.Because of the huge amount of information,the artificial analysis is time-consuming and laborious.We urgently need some techniques which can effectively analysis the subjective information on the network.The text semantic analysis can achieve more precision and depth of subjective content mining.However,Chinese information processing lacks semantic dictionary and corpus and the management of semantic resources to semantic analysis to support the mining.Based on the resources of Chinese emotion semantic frame,this paper provides the scheme of the emotional semantic resources editing system and the emotional semantic resources ontology to making an effective collection and management of the semantic resources.In this paper,the specific research contents are as follows:This paper is going to introduce the semantic status quo at China and abroad,and expound the lack of semantic resources,sum up the semantic representation method.The paper will introduce a model that based on the framework of emotional semantic expression and the method of frame semantics in Chinese corpus tagging.On the basis of full analysis,using the Java to build a Chinese semantic framework resource management system,which has the function of the two aspects:one is the emotional semantic resource function of edit,modify and display,the second is to build an ontology of the resource.Emotional semantic resource editor system is used by two species of people including the editors and the visitors.Under the premise of specific requirements,we achieved the function of management of users,frame-editing,lexical-editing,annotation of emotional corpus and browsing.It is more convenient for the user to know the resources.Chinese emotional ontology of framework is machine-oriented.It makes the resources machine readable and understandable,and achieves the application of intelligent emotion mining.The ontology provides a big support for semantic analysis and opinion mining.
