Research And Application Of Search For Government Information Resource Based On Semantics

With the deep development of information technology, government affair information resources play an important role. As the carrier of government affair information, government affair official documents are developing rapidly toward the electronic, paperless. How to make better use of government affair official documents information resources is becoming an important problem. The technology of query based keyword matching search is widely used in the search field of e-government affair official documents at present. But there is the problem of low precision and low correlation.The rapid development of the Semantic Web makes a way to solve the above problems. Through establishing an Ontology Library of government affair official documents, we can accurately identify the documents which needed by users, classify the documents according to semantic correlation and sort the documents according to the related documents.The main work of this paper is how to design an ontology library based on "Documents Thesaurus" architecture through analyzing the similarities between ontology structure and "Documents Thesaurus" structure; how to get a method to construct domain ontology of government affair official documents information resource according to principles and methods of the construction of ontology; how to design the semantic correlations of government affair official documents' keywords ontology about meeting; how to design a method to extract keywords from government affair official documents automatically; how to design a semantic correlation matrix, used in results show.The background of this paper is how to search government affair official documents more quickly and more accurately. Through establishing the subjects Ontology Library of government affair official documents, we can search government affair official documents at semantic-level, improve the recall ratio and the precision ratio of search, enhance the use of government information resource and update the service of government information resource.Through establishing government affair official documents information resource search prototype system, the experimental results show that the above theory has a strong possibility, it improve the search accuracy compare with the traditional search.
