The design and research of the servo control system of the automatic balancing device is introduced and A new automatic balance servo device is developed in detail in this paper.Through the modern automatic control method,the accurate control of the balance position in the automatic balancing device is solved.Fan and other large-scale production of rotating machinery rotor imbalance in the operation of the principle of automatic balance and automatic balancing device servo control system design and research were discussed.First of all,the basic principle of the automatic balance system is briefly explained,and the overall scheme design of the automatic balance system is presented,and The control method of the system operation is formulated.secondly,the hardware and software design of the servo system are carried out,The hardware part mainly includes the design of the phase-locking frequency-multiplier circuit,the design of the level shifter circuit,the design of peripheral circuit of the binary full adder,the design of the photo-electric isolating amplifier circuit,the design of the driving board circuit and the selection of sensor.etc.The software design includes the serial communication program between PC and the single chip microcomputer.The upper computer system software is programmed by Visual Basic 6.0.It mainly includes the main program,the system interface,the sending data module and the receiving data module.And the lower computer system software uses the C programming language to carry on the programming,completes the correspondence with the upper computer system.In addition,a method of generating sinusoidal pulse width modulated signal with adjustable amplitude of modulation wave based on Qt software is proposed.In the end,the whole system is verified by a series of experiments.The serial communication experiment is finished firstly to measure whether the data can be sent and received.Then the accuracy and stability of the whole system are tested and applied in the follow-up experiment.In addition,the simulation experiment of pulse width modulation signal is finished.The signal curve generated by the software is compared with the actual signal curve measured by the oscilloscope to verify whether it can form the sinusoidal pulse width modulation signal required by our system.In this paper,the principle experiment of the servo control system of the automatic balancing device is carried out.The experimental results show that the servo control system can control the automatic balancing device effectively,which studied in this paper and has a high practical value.
