Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM), has good characteristics of small size, light weight, reliable operation, high energy conversion efficiency, high speed wide range and good static and dynamic behavior, etc. So it is widely used in various servo system. With the emergence of the high-power switch devices, digital special integrated circuit and the in-depth improvement of the control theory, the AC servo control systems have been developing extensively and rapidly, in which the control theory and application research of the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) have become a research focus of the AC servo control system. permanent magnet synchronous motor based on DSP is quite significant.Firstly, the dissertation summarizes the development of AC servo systems, and understands the significance of the developing PMSM servo control system clear. Secondly, after in-depth study of coordinate transformation and the AC induction motor mathematical models in different coordinate the paper describe the rotor flux oriented vector control principle and establish the corresponding control equation. With SVPWM principle, the paper raised the control scheme of AC servo system. Thirdly, focusing on the PMSM, this paper analyzes the algebraic model of PMSM, a motor control special chip DSP (Digital Signal Processor)-TMS320LF2407 produced by TI Company is adopted as control core, and the intelligent power module is used as power transform equipment. The Vector Control system and the Direct Torque Control system of PMSM, both of which are based on DSP are analyzed and designed.As we known, fuzzy logic control theory using fuzzy set theory, put mature experience and rules of experts into the control strategy, and alter the control parameters in time according to the change of the system parameters is able to achieve good control effect. In order to improve the static and dynamic performance, a new all-digital fuzzy direct torque control servo system of AC PMSM based on DSP is designed and constructed, in which the traditional space voltage vector selector is replaced by an analytic fuzzy control state selector. In the conventional direct torque control system, Bang -Bang control was used to adjust the magnetic linkage and torque, however, its capacitance difference restricts the system performance, which causes the voltage space vectors chosen by system similar no matter the error is big or small and the response not quick enough when the system is start-up or the rotate speed breaks as well as big pulsation amplitude of torque. The fuzzy direct torque control servo system designed in this paper avoids these disadvantages effectively. In order to verify the validity of this scheme, the simulation experiments are carried out, and simulation results represent the above control scheme is feasible and the system has good robust as well as static and dynamic performance.
