With the advancement of technology, the speedy development of computers and microprocessors, the constantly upgrading of power electronics devices, the maturity of modern control theory and methods, constantly in-depth study of automatic control theory. All that impel the permanent magnet synchronous motor servo control system undertake a rapid development. Fully digital microprocessor technology development is the most prominent in these areas, meanwhile,in the field of home appliances, industrial, agricultural, transportation, communications, and aerospace technology permanent magnet synchronous motor has also been widely used. According to the above situation, the core processor is STM32,and adopt the combination of FOC+SVPWM as control technology.Mainly for price-sensitive industrial areas,a dual closed-loop servo control system with high quality has been designed.Firstly, consult a large amount of information and books about servo control, fully understand and grasp the structure of permanent magnet synchronous motor, and on the basis of that a mathematical model is established. With detailed and thorough analysis of the FOC (vector control) and SVPWM (space vector pulse width modulation) theory, conduct detailed projections for coordinate transformation formulas in the establishment of the mathematical model. On the basis of the FOC, by using the control strategy of id=0,the AC motor control is made as simple and practicable as DC motor.Based on the completion of above tasks, the design for the control scheme of the system is started. Due to the important role of the current loop in the whole control process, the PI controller is used in this part, while in the speed loop fuzzy PI controller is adopted. On the theoretical basis of servo control technology, the system is designed from both the hardware and software aspects. The part of hardware adopts the design ideas of AC-DC-AC VVVF, intelligent power module IPM is used as a power inverter unit. Detection circuit about both current and speed, peripheral interface circuit with the control unit as the core, auxiliary switching power supply circuit etc are also designed. As to the software part, the relative design are started from the system program and functional module.Finally, By using the software of MATLAB/Simulink, each functional sub-module involved in the whole system is established, the whole simulation of the AC servo control system is also completed, and then give the analysis and summary of simulation results obtained.At the end of the paper, the results of this research is shown intuitively, which strongly proves the ac servo control technology based on STM32with a high value of both scientific research and the practical application.
