The design is derived from a National-Defence Pre-Researching Program. A kind of controller of Stable Servo System used in the Aero-Floating Detecting System is introduced in this paper.A reliable Stable Servo-System is necessary to track a target in condition of Moving Base. The controlling of this kind of Servo System requires a real time controller, and the controller should be accurate and powerful enough to dealing with large amount of data. To fulfill the requirement, a digital controller based on TMS320F2812 DSP(Digital Signal Processor ) is designed.The controller consists of the module of logic and storage , the module of controlling, and the module of communication .Real time data exchange can be performed by the controller rapidly. It drives the Servo Motors in PWM ways. The controller runs well in real usage.Further more, the control law of Stable Servo System is discussed, and the concept of conforming ARM and DSP is also brought forward. These will be useful for further improvement of the system.
