| A type of radar is the main equipment of the superprecision measure zone for outside trajectory in north area of our country. Its whole capacity is affected by many faults of the servo equipment. Combined with practical project, this paper discusses the main deficiency and rebuilding method of original radar servo in detail. The stability and reliability of the rebuild servo equipment are improved through the advanced technologies being used.Some key technologies are discussed in detail from the view of the design for overall, including digital PID control, PWM drive, the programmable logic controller, visual program, multithread, dynamic-link library and the realization of angle coder and time coder.The digital PID control technology is used in the rebuilding project for the first time, and the stability of equipment is improved greatly. The stability and reliability of servo equipment are improved according to different control rank. Due to applying visual program under the Windows operating system, man to machine interface becomes more friendly, the function of program is enhanced, the expansibility and maintainability are improved. All these are more suitable to the requirement for special equipment of aerospace monitor and control.By applying the method of modularization, simplifying, unifying and standardizing the interface of hardware and software, the relation of different parts of the equipment gets clearer, function gets more independent. This is also the important method to improve stability and reliability of the equipment.By using these advanced technologies, the stability and reliability are improved greatly. The new servo equipment has being used in a type of radar.It meets the requirement of shooting range for aerospace monitor and control. |
