With the rapid development of computer technology and Internet technology,virtual reality technology gradually tends to be mature and perfect,and is widely used in various fields of life.At present,virtual reality technology has touched the telemedicine activities and become another intuitive and effective form of service.Based on the research of telemedicine application status quo and virtual reality technology,this paper designs and implements a telemedicine system based on Unity 3D by combining 3D organ model with virtual reality technology.Different from the traditional telemedicine system,the application of the system enables long-distance sharing of three-dimensional surgical screen.medical staff in different areas need only network to realize a virtual operating environment,not only can fully display the surgical scene,but also be observed from any angle and angle,thereby reducing medical costs and saving time;the system can also be used in medical teaching activities,surgical training,surgical rehearsal,clinical diagnosis,medical teaching and other aspects of teaching.Therefore,the design of telemedicine system has high practical significance and value.The main achievements of this paper are the following four aspects:(1)Study the function and usage scenario of the mainstream three-dimensional virtual development tools.Compared in the characteristics and performance of the current three-dimensional virtual development tools,Unity 3D,which has the advantages of cross platform,editor friendly and stable performance,is selected as the development platform of the system.(2)Design and implement a conference system based on Unity 3D.For the network environment of system deployment,according to the characteristics of P2P network communication,analyze and propose the solution of NAT penetration.On this basis,designing a data distribution network clearing message distribution mechanism and delivery path,implemented a conference platform for complex network environments.(3)Design and implement a screen update mechanism based on the AssetBundle.Design Frame synchronization model,combine serialization and deserialization methods,use the AssetBundle to encapsulate and unpack multiple Prefab models to quickly update the screen from the network.(4)Design and implement real-time synchronous of three-dimensional operation screen under multi terminal.Set the surgical navigation scene to presets and encapsulates through the Prefab model in Unity 3D,generate XML configuration file,use the communication service provided by data distribution network,Complete the serialization and deserialization of the picture,synchronize of three-dimensional surgery screen.At the end of this paper,the dynamic test method is used to test the function of the system.The data distribution network can transmit the picture data in the complicated network environment,and the forwarding performance is greatly improved.The synchronization time is about 300ms,which can meet the requirements of telemedicine system.
