With the continuous improvement of equipment complexity,many shortcomings of paper-based technical manual gradually emerge,such as not easy to carry,not easy to query,not easy to update,etc.Therefore,many countries and organizations have begun to study the Interactive Electronic Technical Manual(IETM),The emergence of IETM overcomes many disadvantages brought by traditional paper technical manual and greatly improves the efficiency of security work.At present,with the rapid development of science and technology,the integration of IETM and neural network,virtual reality and other new technologies has become an inevitable trend.In this paper,based on the existing IETM research results,combined with the relevant theories and technologies in virtual reality,deep learning and other fields,a IETM system with virtual reality function is completed.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)To study relevant knowledge of IETM system,conduct demand analysis and overall design of IETM system based on S1000D standard,make detailed design of each function point contained in IETM system,such as data module creation management and publication module creation management,and finally develop a complete IETM system.(2)During the realization of virtual functions in the IETM system,3D model technology in the field of virtual reality is adopted to add virtual functions to the IETM system.The added virtual features include highlight display,3D view,device appearance drawing generation and full disassembly display of the device.(3)In the realization of the tag retrieval function in the IETM system,the LSTM-TextCNN joint model is adopted to classify the technical information in the system,and the classification results are added to the XML file of the corresponding data module of the technical information,so that IETM users can retrieve the technical information by selecting the tag.(4)In the process of realizing the disassembly function of virtual function,learning the relevant knowledge in the field of disassembly sequence research,and finally use the improved adaptive genetic algorithm to solve the complete disassembly sequence of the equipment,and display the obtained complete disassembly sequence in the corresponding three-dimensional model of the equipment,so as to provide reference for users in the process of equipment maintenance and support.
