Virtual Reality technology as a hot issue today and in the future for a long period of time in IT industry research, is now widely used in education, health, tourism, transportation and other industries, Meanwhile, the growing popularity of intelligent terminals, has also swept the obstacles which hinder virtual reality systems on board the mobile terminal. However, Terminals based on Android system is far more inferor to PC in Computing and Storage Abilities, which makes the current virtual reality technology in the development of Android terminals encountered great obstaclesUnder such a technical background, this paper began to study a virtual reality panoramic display platform based on Android system terminal. The platform based on Unity 3D engine, combined with other modeling tools, by using optimizing image modeling, data storage compression, simplified model output methods, to construct a simulation effects, interactive, high system efficiency panoramic virtual reality display platform. The paper use Jinan City Procuratorate Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency Hall excute on ’Hong Multimedia Terminal’ as an example, and main work mainly includes the following aspects:(1) Give overviews of the application and development of the current virtual reality technology;(2)Discuss the modeling of three-dimensional graphics and three-dimensional imaging technology based on Android system terminal;(3)Design the plans for Virtual Reality Technology in Android system and take its functionality, performance, architecture into consideration;(4) Describe the optimization algorithm used in forming panoramic virtual reality display platform;(5)Analyze the panoramic virtual reality display platform used in ’Hong Multimedia Terminal’.
