As WeChat rising number of users,number WeChat public marketing becomes more and more attention by enterprises.Now,a enterprise WeChat public opening and operation has become the norm.According to the related data statistics of Tencent,has opened WeChat public number has reached more than 1000 the size of the WeChat public number became almost every enterprise standard.But in reality,many enterprises WeChat communication has many problems,or simply to chase trend,or is content to simply can not reach the expected effect.How enterprises use WeChat public,the new way of social media,effective communication is an important problem facing the industry.Choose specific research object,therefore,analyzed the contents of communication strategy of success,as more companies WeChat to offer help and draw lessons from the public,is the main goal of the author research.Then,the author selected number WeChat imagination run enterprises and the public(hereinafter referred to as the "Nao Dong Yun Ying" WeChat)as the research object,through the case analysis,content analysis and interview method and other research methods,the specific analysis of why it could be in the same type enterprise in just a few months WeChat public stand out,how it is adopted in the process of spreading the contents of the operating strategy.The study found "Nao Dong Yun Ying" WeChat do in delivery time and frequency,text form,using their own resources advantages,accurate positioning,better meet the needs of target users;From the title of "Nao Dong Yun Ying" WeChat sentence patterns,topic type,the article original degrees,headlines,content and the analysis of the degree of interaction with users,summarizes the content of the "Nao Dong Yun Ying" WeChat communication skill in the title,use more exclamatory sentences focus on the type of dry cargo share content operation,the flexibility to set focus on topics,to establish and consolidate the relationship with the user.Therefore,the author put forward the following strategies: language correctly locate content;Set the focus,pays great attention to and the user's interaction and feedback;Transformation of the discourse style personified the operations.interaction and feedback;Transformation of the discourse style personified the operations.
