With the continuous development of wireless network technology,ZigBee network has gradually become the key research object of many companies and scholars because of its large capacity,high reliability and low cost.ZigBee is widely used in industrial automation,agriculture greenhouse,intelligent medical and other scenarios.In actual production and living process,ZigBee network because of the limitation of the existing network protocol,causes some problems like the network energy consumption is too fast and communication interruption called a link failure,therefore,improving the routing protocol to optimize the network energy and extend the network lifetime effectively is a hotspot of current ZigBee technology.This paper proposed to make the ZigBee network clustering,using the Cluster-Tree algorithm in the cluster,using AODVjr algorithm out of the cluster;The way of setting the node energy levels,the threshold of residual energy of nodes and the node weight,avoid the low residual energy node in routing discovery process and make the energy loss of nodes too fast;Only the head of each cluster can broadcast RREQ packets,which avoids too many redundant RREQ packets;In order to avoid the network segment and network paralysis caused by the energy loss of cluster head too fast,the paper introduced the energy threshold and the standby cluster head,the cluster head rotation strategy is put forward;the routing maintenance mechanism can,found and fixed link disconnected situation in a timely manner,after the network running a period of time.This paper is based on the NS2 simulation,compared Cluster-Tree routing algorithm with ZBR routing algorithm,and compared the improved ZBR_FNT routing algorithm with ZBR routing algorithm to analyze the performance,did the contrast test in packet delivery ratio,end-to-end delay,node survival rate and network remaining energy these four aspects.The results show that the ZBR_FNT routing algorithm can effectively improve the reliability of data transmission,reduce the network energy consumption,reduce routing overhead and prolong the network life cycle.
