Oil and gas resources are important energy and strategic resources.Oil and gas resources survey and evaluation,planning,management,protection and rational utilization and so on,are involved in data acquisition,processing,management,analysis and decision-making,so modern management of basin resource information is an urgent demand.Basin information resource database integrates all data and shares information,so it is conductive for the comprehensive research,development,utilization and integration of the oil and gas resources information.It also helps to enhance oil and gas resources strategy research work efficiency,to improve the scientific decision-making of governments and the production of the oil and gas companies,to provide information service for the scientific research institutes and social public.In this paper,the oil and gas resource data entities to collate and warehousing,query browsing,editing,processing,statistical analysis of the operation of the process.The construction of basin resources information system has an important practical significance.The basin resources information system data management is based on the existing two-dimensional database standard,accumulated collate integrated investigation and evaluation of the basin district data resources,sorting,classification and format conversion,and then entered into the database,for public service.The data management in the construction of the information resources system of the basin mainly does the following work:According to the unified data standard and data type,the data format standardization,and the professional data of various oil and gas resources are incorporated into the oil and gas resource database;According to the standard format of data types,unified standard,complete the spatial data format conversion,data quality inspection and other functions,to achieve the oil and gas resources more professional,multi format,multi source data integration and loading,query browsing and statistical analysis.The system uses C/S architecture,Visual language and C#Oracle 11 database,completes the design and implementation of the system.The system mainly realizes the data organization,metadata management,data management,data browsing,query statistics,map tools(data display configuration),user configuration,module management,system management total 9 sub modules.The data organization module completed the creation and loading of directory tree structure;metadata management can create,edit and export metadata;data management module can achieve the map document upload,data import,data importing and attribute data editing,import,export and other functions;Browse labeling maps,documents,property the table view and symbol display;query sub module data to realize database information search,query,statistics;map tools also achieve navigation tools,illustrations,layout settings and other functions when browsing data;user management can achieve the roles and users can add and delete permissions settings,modify password function.Generally speaking,initially improved the standard data organization of spatial data and attribute data unified organization and management,on the basis of the existing information resources,establish the basin information resources construction and improve the modernization level of geological information management and application.
